Who are you?
We’re a Black woman-owned, a disabled-owned, a senior citizen-owned business named 3 Gen Handbags and More, inspired by three generations: grandmother, adult children, and grandchildren. We mix
creativity with culture, fashion, and storytelling.
Do you have a store front?
No, we do not have a physical store, we’re an online-only boutique.
How often do you release new designs?
We are currently focused on developing our debut House Originals collection and have not yet released any styles. In the meantime, we are offering curated designs from US-based distributors and independent designers.
What if I want to personalize a bag?
At this time, we do not offer customization or personalization services. Each
piece in our collection is designed to reflect a timeless aesthetic and brand identity.
Can I return a bag if I don’t like it?
Currently, returns are only allowed for damaged and/or defective items. Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We deserve the right to refuse
returns. If approved a store credit in the form of a gift card will be

What was the motivation for starting 3 Gen Handbags and More?
3 Gen Handbags and More was born from a question our founder’s mother, Nana, asked over and over as Alzheimer’s took hold: “Where’s my purse?”
Our founder dreamed of creating a purse so beautiful and meaningful that, even through the fog, her mother would one day proudly proclaim, “That’s my purse.”

We curate handbags from trusted design houses that meet our brand’s quality and style standards, and our brand’s
aesthetic.
