Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Please allow 6 to 15 business days from the order date to receive your order. Processing times vary by product, supplier, and order volume. Because our items are fulfilled by trusted distribution partners, we are unable to guarantee specific processing or delivery dates.

At this time, express, expedited, and overnight shipping are not available for online orders.

2. Fulfillment and Carriers

All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our distribution partners, who select the most efficient carrier for your destination. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information at the address used during checkout.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses are non-refundable, and any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost during transit or for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please verify your mailbox, parcel locker, and neighbors, and contact your local courier for further assistance.
  • Actual delivery times are subject to carrier performance, local postal conditions, and weather delays. 

3. Signature Confirmation

Orders totaling $400 USD or more may require signature confirmation upon delivery for your protection. This process depends on the carrier and fulfillment partner used. While we request this level of security for high-value orders, availability may vary among our dropshipping partners. 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • the number, type and weight of items ordered,
  • the distribution partners involved, and
  • the delivery destination.

All shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of items verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. International Orders

At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, APO/FPO/DPO delivery, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory shipments.
