Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, or Internationally.
Why don’t you offer international shipping?
Due to rising tariffs on handbags and shipping uncertainties, we’re focusing on domestic customers until better global terms are available.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt of a verified order, depending on your location and
product availability. Shipping is in
addition to processing time. Processing
usually takes 1-5 business days after receipt of a verified order. Delivery normally occurs 6-15 business days after confirmed orders. Holiday shipping may take longer than stated.
Do you offer rush shipping?
No.
Will I get a tracking number?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer free shipping?
During the holidays, November 01 to January 01 and other special occasions, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 before tax.
What are tariffs, and how do they affect handbags?
Tariffs are taxes placed on imported goods. They increase shipping costs, are applied once the product reaches US Customs. Tariffs must be paid by the customer to US
Customs for the package to be released.
What was the motivation for starting 3 Gen Handbags and More?
3 Gen Handbags and More was born from a question our founder’s mother, Nana, asked over and over as Alzheimer’s took hold: “Where’s my purse?”
Our founder dreamed of creating a purse so beautiful and meaningful that, even through the fog, her mother would one day proudly proclaim, “That’s my purse.”
