How do I sign up for the email list?

To subscribe to our e-newsletter “Handbag Headlines”, simply click the “subscribe to our e-newsletter “Handbag Headlines” button at the bottom of any page, or use the email signup field at the bottom of each page. A sign-up form will appear asking for your name, email address, and birthday. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.

I signed up, but I did not get the confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find the email, return to the sign-up form and re-enter your details, making sure your email is typed correctly. If the problem continues, contact us via the Contact Us page so we can manually confirm your subscription.

How do I update my email address for the Handbag Headlines e-newsletter?

Use the unsubscribe link in any email you have received from us to remove the old address. Then, re-subscribe using your new email address through the subscribe form.

How do I stop receiving emails from you?

Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. You will be removed from our mailing list immediately. If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe at any time using the form on our website.

My discount code is not working at checkout.

Check that the code is entered exactly as given, without extra spaces. Review the offer’s terms to ensure it has not expired or reached its usage limit. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. If it still does not work, contact us before completing your order so we can help.

I am having trouble checking out.

How can I update or delete my account?

Customers can update their account details by logging into their profile through the main menu and selecting “Account Settings.” To delete an account, submit a request through the Contact Us page, and the support team will confirm and process the removal. Once deleted, all stored account data will be permanently erased for privacy and security.
