Shipping and Delivery
Artfully curated, custom-made-upon-order collections are sourced globally and shipped safely to customers' homes. Our products are designed in-house and then printed and shipped by a reliable network of manufacturers and shipping carriers. At this point in time, we only sell and ship to the United States.
All of our items are produced upon acceptance of paid orders.
Cancelations are only accepted within the first 12 hours of the order being placed. After we submit your custom order to our production team, it won’t be possible to make any changes on it.
Please allow 9 to 11 business days for production of custom-made and/or personalized products. Production time is in addition to 8 to 15 business days for Standard shipping. If expedited shipping is chosen and paid for, shipping is usually 3 to 10 business days plus production time.
Note: Only our custom-made-upon-order items have the option of express shipping.
Give yourself one month lead time, for example if you need an item by September 15 … try to place your order no later than August 07.
It is important to ensure the shipping address is correct and all forms are properly filled out when placing an order. 3 Gen Handbags N More is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect information.
Once a tracking number is issued, if you have any issues with delivery of your order, 3 Gen Handbags N More will attempt to work with you as you reach out to the shipper. Again, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, another shipping fee will need to be paid for your items to be sent to your correct address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed, and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered due to an incorrect delivery address, a new order must be made and paid for with the correct address.

Items are manufactured by a network of production partners, and combined shipping discounts are rarely possible, so multiple items may ship separately. Some items are made in and shipped from other countries.
